Fat Doii
"In The Pink" is a workout journal for myself to keep track of what I have done as well as my progress in the gym with whatever bits that I feel inspired to share. "In The Pink" means being healthy/fit etc. which is what I am currently doing via the CrossFit program at Pushmore Gym. "Fat Doii"? Well, with this, I am disposing of the adipose!
