In 20 minutes, do as many rounds as possible of:
5 Handstand Push Ups
5 Pull Ups
5 Kettlebell Swings @ 32kg(M)/24kg(W)

14 rounds (pike@24", pull ups@GR, KB@16kgs)

Handstand push ups were rather slow - been so lazy, it's so bad! Pull ups are a lot better since my hiatus from gym during SPM and I upped my kettlebell weight. I was a bit hesitant at first but it was good. I brought Boobies and Marshmallow for a trial. Marshmallow's leaving for London soon but Boobies pretty keen on it - keep your fingers crossed! We just might have a new member at PushMore.
