350 Rope Skips
15 Double Kettlebell Press @ 24kg(M)/16kg(W)
250 Rope Skips
25 Double Kettlebell Push Press @ 24kg(M)/16kg(W)
150 Rope Skips
35 Double Kettlebell Push Jerk @ 24kg(M)/16kg(W)

21:58 (@20lbs)

Skips were a piece of cake! LOVE LOVE LOVE skipping! For presses, 12kgs were too heavy and Pey deemed the 8kgs as too light -.- so lo and behold - 20lbs! ...which were pretty much hell for my left arm. Nonetheless, it was light, fun & refreshing.
