45 Kb Swings @ 32kg(M)/20kg(W)
90 Squats
30 Kb Swings @ 32kg(M)/20kg(W)

15 Kb Swings @ 32kg(M)/20kg(W)

Sister No.2 and myself (behind) swinging away.

Really awesome WOD, not too insane, left me slightly flushed and still functioning! I have to admit that that the swings were a bit too easy - looks like I'm doing 16kg the next time round. The kettlebell kept flipping back at each swing but Johnathan pointed out that I don't use my legs enough. Saving them for squats? Ahahah maybe 0:) Note to self: more legs next time round! Squats were not too bad - glutes burned during but they're totally fine now. This is probably the finest I have felt after a workout, of all my WODs!

Tuesday (102009)
1 cup fruit juice, 2 strips grilled chicken breast
1/2 grilled chicken breast
2 small grilled pork fillets w/ grilled tomato + fresh lettuce
Venti Starbucks Mocha frap (one meal of Saturday's freedom due to caffeine requirement)
Grilled chicken salad w/ grains

Wednesday (102109)
1 cup fruit juice, slice of ham
2 slices pineapple
steamed chicken thigh w/ ladies fingers, minced pork, an omelet, bowl of lotus soup
1 small green apple
