WOD 101909

For time of:
150 Dumbell Power Snatches @ 35lbs(M)/25lbs(W) L/R

*These are total reps for both arms. Reps can be split any way between both arms

Pey said that it was too easy nyehh :P It was a pretty decent arm WOD which left me showered in perspiration. First time doing snatches as surprising as that may be to some. I did 75 reps per arm in 20-15-15-10-10-5. Pretty contented with it! Cycled for about 15 minutes after that and during warm-ups, I managed 10 pull ups in a row :)

Nom nom nom!
I'm back on my no grease/no oil/only steamed&grilled foods thingamajig again. The Zone Diet required too much weighing - lazy la so I am back to the usual.

1/2 cup fruit juice
1 head of baby butterhead lettuce, 2 slices French ham, 1/2 cup fruit juice
grilled chicken breast, diced tomatoes w/ lemon juice, stir-fried mixed cabbage w/ garlic
