Almost met Pukie today. A few reasons: I ran at night (less oxygen la :P), have been on this new diet of minimal/zero carbs a.k.a not enough energy, was pretty darn sleepy! Did pull ups with green and red band because Sister No.2 stole the orange one. It was slightly tougher. Nonetheless, it means improvement!
Nom nom nom! I've gotten pretty used to it and just an update, no one else in my family is joining me on this.

2 half-boiled eggs, 1 cracker, steamed chicken breast

2 grilled lambs, 1 grilled chicken drumstick, 1 beef hamburger
The hamburger is explainable. It was Laurel's BBQ birthday shindig and to cut a long story short, THEY MADE ME EAT IT :( Fine, my will power fell but as you know, I actually set Tuesday Treats for myself to eat happily but looks like it's Saturday Snacks now. Such a waste booo :(

broccoli+grapes+lettuce salad w/ 1 hard-boiled egg, 1/2 cup natural yogurt
Korean meats, lots of soup, lots of veggies

grilled beef fillet w/ cherry tomatoes
oven-baked chicken w/ basil+zucchini, pomegranate, bowl of clear soup w/ mushrooms
